Missionary’s Downfall
Rum, peach, honey, lime, mint and pineapple blended into a frozen, green-flecked tiki classic by Don the Beachcomber.
Ingredients
130 ml before ice, about 202 ml in the glass
- 30 ml White rum
- 15 ml Peach brandy
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 30 ml Honey mix honey loosened with water
- 10 Mint leaves
- 3–4 Pineapple chunks
Method
- Blend all the ingredients with half cup of crushed ice.
- Serve it in a Coppa grande.
Garnish
Mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
