Hemingway Special
Also known as Hemingway Daiquiri
A double Daiquiri with grapefruit and maraschino and no sugar, the way Hemingway drank it at El Floridita.

Ingredients
130 ml before ice, about 197 ml in the glass
- 60 ml White rum
- 40 ml Grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 15 ml Lime juice
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass.
Garnish
None. IBA serves it without a garnish.
