Gin Fizz
A gin sour lengthened with soda and served without ice: crisp, frothy and tall. Same ingredients as the John Collins, but shaken and topped with only a splash of soda.

Ingredients
115 ml before ice, about 166 ml in the glass
- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- Splash Soda water
Method
- Shake all ingredients with ice except soda water.
- Pour into thin tall Tumbler glass, top with a splash soda water.
Garnish
Lemon slice, optional lemon zest.
Notes
Serve without ice.
