Ingredients
170 ml before ice, about 192 ml in the glass
- 90 ml Prosecco
- 60 ml Aperol
- Splash Soda water
Method
- Build all ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Stir gently.
Garnish
A slice of orange.
Variations
- Other bitters
- Campari, Cynar or Select in place of Aperol.
