# Pisco Punch

> Pisco Punch, the IBA official recipe: 60 ml pisco, 22.5 ml pineapple juice, 15 ml simple syrup, 15 ml lemon juice, 30 ml dry white wine and 3 cloves. Shaken and served in a goblet.

Pisco, pineapple, lemon and clove topped with white wine. The 19th-century San Francisco sensation.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

- 15 ml (½ oz) [Simple syrup](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/simple-syrup/index.md)
- 15 ml (½ oz) [Lemon juice](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/lemon/index.md)
- 30 ml (1 oz) [Dry white wine](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/white-wine/index.md)
- 3 [Cloves](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/cloves/)

## Method

1. Gently mash the simple syrup with the cloves, add the remaining ingredients except the wine.
2. Shake vigorously and double strain into a large goblet.
3. Add the wine on top and gently stir.

## Garnish

None. IBA serves it without a garnish.
