# Paloma

> Paloma, the IBA official recipe: 50 ml tequila, 5 ml lime juice, a pinch of salt and 100 ml pink grapefruit soda. Built in the glass and served long over ice, garnished with a slice of lime.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

## Method

1. Pour the tequila into a highball glass, squeeze the lime juice.
2. Add ice and salt, fill up pink grapefruit soda.
3. Stir gently.

## Garnish

A slice of lime.
