# Negroni

> Negroni, the IBA official recipe: 30 ml gin, 30 ml Campari and 30 ml sweet vermouth. Built in the glass and served on the rocks, garnished with half orange slice.

Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth: bitter, sweet and strong. Florence, 1919, for Count Camillo Negroni.

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients directly into chilled old fashioned glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently.
