Rum, peach, honey, lime, mint and pineapple blended into a frozen, green-flecked tiki classic by Don the Beachcomber.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

- 30 ml (1 oz) [Honey mix](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/honey/index.md) (honey loosened with water)
- 10 [Mint leaves](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/mint/index.md)
- 3–4 [Pineapple chunks](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/pineapple/index.md)

## Method

1. Blend all the ingredients with half cup of crushed ice.
2. Serve it in a Coppa grande.

## Garnish

Mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
