# Long Island Iced Tea

> Long Island Iced Tea, the IBA official recipe: vodka, tequila, white rum, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and cola. Built in the glass and served long over ice.

Four spirits, orange liqueur, lemon, syrup and a splash of cola that somehow taste like iced tea. Strong, so pace yourself.

## Method

1. Add all ingredients into highball glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently.

## Garnish

Lemon slice (Optional).
