# IBA Tiki

> IBA Tiki, the IBA official recipe: aged rum, amaretto, hazelnut liqueur, maraschino liqueur, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice, lime juice and fresh ginger. Shaken and served in a tiki mug over pebbled ice.

Two Havana Club rums, amaretto, hazelnut, passion fruit and pineapple over pebbled ice. A newer tiki build on the IBA list.

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

- 5 ml (⅛ oz) [Frangelico](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/frangelico/)
- 5 drops [Maraschino liqueur](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/maraschino/index.md)
- 30 ml (1 oz) [Passion fruit purée](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/passion-fruit-puree/index.md)
- 90 ml [Pineapple juice](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/pineapple/index.md)
- 30 ml [Lime juice](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/lime/index.md)
- 1 [Thin slice of fresh ginger](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/ginger/index.md)

## Method

1. In a cocktail shaker muddle a thin slice of ginger, Pour all other ingredients.
2. Shake vigorously with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled Tiki glass filled with pebbled ice.

## Garnish

Citruses and dehydrated pineapple slice.
