> Grasshopper, the IBA official recipe: 20 ml crème de cacao, 20 ml crème de menthe and 20 ml cream. Shaken and served up in a chilled cocktail glass.

Crème de menthe, crème de cacao and cream: mint chocolate in liquid form, pale green. New Orleans.

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake briskly for few seconds.
3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
