> Don’s Special Daiquiri, the IBA official recipe: aged rum, white rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice and honey. Blended and served over crushed ice in a goblet.

Two rums, passion fruit, honey and lime flash-blended: Don the Beachcomber’s tiki take on the Daiquiri.

- Volume: 90 ml (3 oz) before ice, about 140 ml in the glass

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

- 15 ml (½ oz) [White rum](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/white-rum/index.md)
- 15 ml (½ oz) [Passion fruit syrup](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/passion-fruit-syrup/)
- 15 ml (½ oz) [Lime juice](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/lime/index.md)
- 15 ml (½ oz) [Honey syrup](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/honey/index.md)

## Method

1. Blend for a few seconds in a milkshake mixer with crushed ice and pour into a footed copo glass.
2. Fill the glass with more crushed ice.

## Garnish

1/2 passion fruit.
