# Clover Club

> Clover Club, the IBA official recipe: 45 ml gin, 15 ml raspberry syrup, 15 ml lemon juice and a few drops of egg white. Shaken and served up in a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with fresh raspberries.

Gin, raspberry and lemon shaken with egg white into a pink, silky sour, named for a Philadelphia gentlemen’s club.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.

## Garnish

Fresh raspberries.
